Implementation Process

Step 1: Sales and Customer Service Department searches for and obtains customer information.

Step 2: The customer signs the contract and makes payment according to the signed contract.

Step 3: Our company performs the tasks as per the signed contract.

Step 4: Contract and service handover.

a. Rights and Responsibilities of the Customer and Supplier

   + Supplier's Rights and Responsibilities

     – Provide the correct goods and services of quality

     – Ensure progress, quality, safety, and environmental hygiene

     – Comply with company principles

     – Acceptance and handover of products and services

     – Provide warranty for products and services to the customer

   + Customer's Rights and Responsibilities

     – Agree on products and services with the company

     – Provide specific requirements and special requests if any

     – Acceptance of completed products and services from the supplier.

b. Warranty Policy for Products and Services

     – The warranty period for products and services is as stipulated by the company and the signed contract.

     – Warranty Information Processing Time: After our company receives your feedback regarding the product or service, our technical team will immediately process it.

     – Warranty Scope: Covers technical defects and repairs.

     – Customer Support: The company will support repairs and replacements for damage caused by user error. All replacement and repair costs are fully paid by the customer and are not included in the warranty cost.

General Terms and Conditions of Transaction

  • We do not impose any time or geographical limitations when providing goods to customers.
  • The product return time will be agreed upon when both parties sign the sales contract.
  • Return methods include postal service or direct pickup at the company; refunds will be processed via bank transfer after our accounting department completes the necessary paperwork.
  • Product warranty policy is in accordance with company regulations and the contract signed by both parties.
  • We will deliver the product on time as requested by the customer and guarantee its quality. In addition, customers are required to make full payment according to our sales invoice.
